Line is the master of building and maintaining meaningful relationships and is the team member who has probably encountered and solved every problem in People Operations at least once. When she's not working, she's busy leading spinning or body pump classes, or going on trips with family and friends.
Rolf is our business mastermind, seamlessly shifting between strategic thinking and tactical execution. His structured approach and unwavering commitment drive success, whether he's crafting strategies or getting things done. Outside work, he enjoys gaming and spending time with friends.
Julia is the team's sharp analyst who recognizes different aspects of challenges and is driven to improve communication at the workplace. When she's not working, you'll find her at the gym powerlifting, eating ice cream or taking a nap.
Ellen is the team member with a keen eye for maintaining a healthy working environment. She stands out as our champion of inclusion, ensuring that everyone's voice is heard and valued. In her free time, you can find her singing, working out or eating tacos.
Calle is our technical recruitment maestro, with a deep understanding of interview techniques and processes, and an ability to go the extra mile for business growth. In his spare time, you can find him out exercising or capturing the action with a camera in hand.
With a talent for turning challenges into opportunities, she’s navigated through complex HR landscapes with grace and optimism. Whether it’s streamlining processes or lifting team spirits during challenging times, Sara’s unwavering positivity and expertise make her the go-to person for all things people-related.
